Package / Amazon Scam
"There's a problem with your delivery / Amazon order."
How this scam works
A call or text claims there's an issue with a package, a suspicious Amazon order, or a delivery fee owed. It links to a fake site or connects you to an 'agent' who phishes your login or card.
🚩 Red flags
- •Unexpected 'delivery problem' for a package you didn't track
- •A link to 'confirm' or 'pay a small fee' to release a parcel
- •Claims of a large Amazon charge you must 'cancel' by phone
- •Asks for your account password or a verification code
✅ What to do
Don't click links or read out codes. Check orders directly in the official app or website instead.
